Designed for small workshops, commercial auto facilities, and large manufacturing spaces alike, MaxLine combines the structural rigidity of metallic pipe with the installation speed and flexibility of tubing.

Featuring a specialized multi-layer composite construction, MaxLine can be bent by hand and holds its shape once formed—eliminating the need for elbows and joints at every corner and drastically reducing potential leak points.

Multi-Layer Composite Core: Constructed with an inner and outer layer of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) surrounding a central seamless aluminum core. The aluminum layer allows the tubing to bend easily and stay in place without springing back or sagging over time.
Continuous Runs, Fewer Connections: Rolls out in long continuous coils (up to 300+ feet). Route through walls, over joists, or directly underground without intermediate couplings, reducing pressure drops and installation time.
100% Corrosion & Scale Proof: HDPE inner lining will never rust, corrode, or degrade from compressor moisture, synthetic oils, or condensate, protecting high-precision pneumatic tools and spray guns from downstream contaminants.
Compression-Fit Brass Joinery: Uses double O-ring compression fittings with split-ring mechanical grips. No pipe threading, soldering, crimping tools, or chemical glues required—simply cut, bevel the end, insert, and tighten.
Direct Burial & In-Wall Approved: The durable HDPE jacket resists ambient moisture, soil chemistry, and harsh workshop environments, making it suitable for concealed in-wall routing and outdoor direct burial.
